Still waiting on refund from early June

i requested a refund early June for VPN and still have not received it back (it was eligible as defined by Avast’s criteria).

I don’t have time to be chasing this - what’s the easiest way to get this resolved?

Thanks for the response. I just submitted another refund request (the first was within 30 days of purchase): 11193949.

I have checked my subscription and it says “expired” - so looks like it was previously cancelled on Avast’s side but I am yet to receive the refund.
