Strange Box Popped up can't replicate it bit worried

My computer had a fit as it does… and when I went to restart a box came up that said… DUMMY WINDOW FODDER
I cant open Avast it just sits there to re scan but it’s all working I can see it on the program running list.

Wondering If I should be worried as I cant’ find it anywhere.

After extensive testing, i found the source to come from Memu.

Everytime when i shutdown or restart my computer, This popup will appear ‘_wgldummywindowfodder is preventing windows from shutting down’. This happens only when i shutdown or restart with Memu(with multiple instance) opened in the background.
