I’ve seen this problem, but I can’t seem to fix it. There’s a folder in my Local Files running 3 separate rundll32’s. I’ve tried getting ride of it with Malwarebytes and OTS, but it still persists. Please help me get rid of whatever this is. The folder it’s in is called “BthHelpaudio” and the dll is “SystemAuthenticationCtrl.dll”
Similar case was at http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=80917.0
But your own logs of OTS are required for malware remove expert essexboy to write script for your system cleaning.

Unfortunately, neither of these sites found a problem with the file. For the last few hours, avast has been stopping it from accessing harmful sites, though. My log from OTS was too large to post on here. How can I get it to where it needs to go? If you can’t tell, I’m new to a lot of this, and I appreciate all the help I’m getting.

This should be my OTS log. It’s just titled “OTS”
I was actually able to find and delete the file. It took a complete scan and multiple virus protection software, but it was found and deleted. Thank you guys a lot for the help, though. I am very appreciative.
