Strange happenings

Having a really strange issue.

Avast detects a win 32 trojan malware gen in a desktop ini file in the temporary burn folder.
Once I put it in the chest and rescan it finds nothing…
Now, if I restart the PC, the file is back and of course Avast detects it again but only if I scan. The shield doesn’t pick this up, nothing does.
If I don’t restart the problem doesn’t come back.
What is this?
False positive?
I even did a boot scan and Malwarebytes and everything, and it detects nothing.
My machine seems to be running fine etc No strange behaviour, it’s just… that…
This only started today as-well.
The only thing I’ve browsed all day is Twitter and Facebook. Been nowhere dodgy.
What could this be?
Why would there be a Desktop.ini in the temp burn folder?

Ah, thank goodness!

I was the victim of a vicious cyber attack back in February, and…
it’s been 5 months since I’ve been got at!
I was worried the amount of days free from attacks had gone back to 0.
Relieved.

Thank you.

You’re welcome.
