Strange quirks with SafeZone

I use SafeZone to access my financial sites.

Firstly, when I log into my main banking site, the first time I log in it always rejects the login, usually, and maybe always?, saying my login timed out and to try again. This after no delay between going to the site and trying to log in. I then enter the account number and password again and it works. This is definitely a SafeZone issue as, using Firefox on both my own and my wife’s computer I can log in first time every time. It only happens with this one site, the others I access through SafeZone don’t have the problem. What is going on here and can I resolve it?

Secondly, and this is minor but I may as well ask. The site mentioned above is, for some reason, the only one to use Pay Mode to start it. This results in a bar above the site re Pay Mode protecting my privacy and giving me a button to close that bar. There is also an option “don’t show me this message again” , but clicking on that to prevent it appearing next time is ineffective. It always appears every time I log in. Is that option only for that session? I don’t need or want to see it at all.
