strange upload of files

Hello,
I submitted also a ticket because I am a paying user, but after ten days, I still did not get any reply and honestly I am frustrated.
I am trying to ask the community for some help.
I get warinings by Avast about some strange upload of files with very low reputation.
My suspect was that this was due to windows update, looking for updates from other PCs on the network, but this option is set to off in Windows update advanced options.
A full scan at start up by avast gives no virus.
If instead those are legitimate Windows update delta files, why Avast is reporting them as poor reputation files (I trust avast and I am expecting that the product should be able to detect trusted sources and discriminate them from untrasted ones…)?
pls, any support or suggestion?
Is there any way for a paying avast user to get any support ?

As has been in other threads already, FileRep message just means that not many avast users have downloaded the file (yet).
It doesn’t say anything about if the file is malware or not.

As for the ticket, it doesn’t mather if you are a paying customer or not.
Tickets are handled in 1-5 business days.
Have you checked your spam folder ?
Also, if you are logged in and goto https://support.avast.com you can see the status (and reaction) to your ticket.
