Something has happened over the last few weeks that prevents me from receiving streaming video. I get a few seconds of video, then avast runs for a couple of seconds, then a few more seconds of video, then Avast runs again and so on.

have you other security programs installed like a third part firewall?
what internet connection do you use?
what browser are you using when watching those videos?
