Struggling with Avast Password Sync and Backup.

Hello,

I am trying to sync and backup my account to my iPhone and Mac book and I am unable to get passed the following screen,

'Please confirm your new Avast Account password on another synced device.

Your Avast account password for -----------@----.com was recently changed. Confirm this change from another synced device to sync your Avast passwords data to this device.’

I do not have any other devices synced.

Please may I ask for your assistance with this matter?

I tried to reset my password, but now i am completely locked out of my account on my laptop, ipad and phone. i cant enter my previous password as the point was that i couldn’t remember it. i’m unsure how to continue as i have essentially been locked out on all platforms. any advice?
