Stuck while uninstalling Avast Free Antivirus.
Launching Executable file : wsc_proxy.exe /svc /unregister /firewall
Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
Had to deal with this issue today.
Simply open task manager and terminate “wsc_proxy.exe” (I had to do this twice in a row).
The uninstall utility hasn’t worked for me at all (not even in safe mode), unfortunately.
I have had to register an ID for this forum just to say Thank You! You saved my day! Avastclear is useless!
