hi i cannot boot into safe mode it stucks on aswrvrt.sys file and i get a ble screen,
Please help me out since i have all my stuff on my pc

OK first thing we need to do is run a chkdsk
From the recovery console select Command Prompt
At the prompt type in the following command and press enter :
chkdsk c: /r
On completion try a normal boot
hi it says i cannot open the volume to direct acces
OK there is a major problem with your hard drive as FRST cannot detect it

not at this point .
do you recommend to access hdd with an external enclosure on another pc and rescue my data???
Yes that would be the best bet, then Reformat the drive and see what condition it is in for a re-install
