Stuck on Loading screen

Hi,

I tried running a quick scan of my Internet Security package today and it won’t open, I just get a “Loading…This shouldn’t take long screen”. I’m also getting notice that the “RPC Server is unavailable”. Anyway, I’m apparently unprotected so I’d appreciate some tips on how to fix this please. Thanks :slight_smile:
