Avast Team, I am a security professional (CEH). My domain is being flagged as a Botnet (Alert ID: 87e98f33cf46).

I have performed a full forensic cleanup, purged all C2 scripts, and hardened the server. sucuri severity low, google safe browsing status is “No unsafe content“. Could an analyst please perform a manual re-scan and sync the whitelist? Thank you.

Possible False Positive

  • New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL) - Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast
  • You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed.

There are sites that can also check a site link and or file upload.

Run a check on VirusTotal for your domain and post a link back to the VT Results.
