Subscription information expired

For the second time in 60 days, I received a screen from Avast Premium Security informing me that my subscription has expired! An important detail is that I subscribed to Avast Premium for 2 years, and it hasn’t even been 6 months yet…
This is extremely frustrating, as the system is left unprotected due to Avast’s own fault in controlling subscription expiration dates.

Click on Menu > My Subscriptions. does it show Active and what date does it show?
