Subscription problem. Need help. (Problem Solved)

Hi,

I have subscripted some products and supportor help me to make some modification on my subscriptions later.

Now I cannot see my old paid subscriptions and modified subscription in my account. Also my payment history.

I did not record all chat information with supportor. Only recorded the new active code. The activation is working well. But I want to see the new subscription detail in my account then I can also know when and how much to pay at next payment cycle.

How can I do? I have no “order number” now, so I can do nothing at online service.

Find the chat history with support is may inportant for me. How to do it without “order number”? My old order list is gone, and there should be a new one as supportor told. But there is not!
