It’s been a month and a half since I requested an automatic renewal refund.
I was told that I was eligible for reimbursement and that my letter was forwarded to the relevant department.
3 Emails with the same blablabla
What should be done?

Cancelling automatic renewal has already been carried out… His problem is that he asked for a refund (by the support) and avast replied that it would be done, but it’s been 6 weeks and the refund hasn’t been issued.

I have seen your post in the This needs Avast’s Attention topic.
Hopefully that will get the attention it requires.
