Subscriptions problem

I have an active Avast Premium subscription with 264 days remaining, and I also have access to the desktop application. However, I cannot see any subscription information on the Avast website. I am concerned about what will happen to my subscription if I choose to format my account on the website. Can I do this without losing my subscription?
