I paid NZ$93+ 3 months ago, and still haven’t received mail back from Avast on how to start it. ( 3 months of paid ‘super protection’ gone and still only the free Avast. I complained to Paypal, but, seeing how much they put through for Paypal, they refused refund. Also, Avast appears to be deaf when it comes to reply emails. What a rip-off!

Did you buy direct from Avast or a third party like a key download from Amazon or ebay?

Digital River is indeed Avast.
I would try the support link i posted above as we are mainly users on the forum and not from avast.

You can also try creating your own avast account, taking care - as explained in the creation link - to enter the e-mail address used for your purchase, probably the one used for your paypal account.

Once you’ve logged into your account, you should see the download link, your Digital River purchase via paypal and the activation code.
