Okay, so I have some ideas on mind for the next release of Avast!. When a remote session is started, I think it would be best if there was option to turn off all the Windows Aero/fade effects and possibly put it to classic during the remote session, I believe that would bring overall better performance when rendering each frame.
Next idea would be for the remote assistance to support more than just the primary monitor while in full screen for those who like to use dual screen monitors. Which I think that would be useful for the technically enthusiast types.
Last but not least, a common bug needs to rectified. I don’t know if the problem exists still, but previously there have been instances where you would focus on another window and then come back to the remote session and the keyboard would not work when controlling the remote system. Which would mean that the remote connection would have to re-initialized.
