You don’t say what Avast program you had - I can only assume that it was Avast Premium and not Avast Free ?
If a paid version of Avast, you need to use the same Avast Account and registration number (you should have had an email from Avast with the registration number - so you log on as you would have on the old system, using the registered email you used for the purchase and the password.
