Avast is not removing a virus I have called Sunkist.NotifyIconData.hwnd. I get a message when I close windows that this process is still running. I have tried several programs to remove it I even ran a rootkit and it did not find it. What can anyone sugest?
Trying now “Eddie” and will update you as to my success. I am getting a weird error message when I try to initialize MA-M.
mbam.exe application error "failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d).
I will delete and reinstall. I am including a farbar scan which shows Zone Alarm as disabled, but it was removed and I went into regedit and removed the left behind registry entries. If you cab make head or tails of it…it would be most appreciated!!

It is part of the multi card reader on your system, you do not need it to be running so it can be disabled via MSConfig

by the command configuration that is hanging, it appears to be a windows 8 and above command, probably why you have a problem
