Suspected false positive in Lenovo System Update

I’ve been getting this pop-up the past few days in Avast, http://imm.io/14IXB.

Avast is the only program detecting it, and it asks me to do a boot scan, which I do but never finds anything. Also tried malware bytes, anti-rootkit, and also scanning the file at virustotal.com.

Can I conclude this is a false positive? I’m on windows 8 pro x64.

Thanks
