Suspicious extension file - Email agent

Hi,

Thank you very much for this forum ! I run a website, visitors may send email throught this website and attach pdf or MS Word files. But i can’t get them in my inbox, i get only an email untitled “avast heuristic warning” and in it : “very suspicious extension files” and no attached files with it.

What should i do ?

Not alot of info what you are using?
1 What operating system are you using?
2 What avast are you using?
3 Have you done a antivirus scan? to see if your files are really infected?
4 What level of adobe reader are you on? (disable scripting within it for safety)
