Hello! I’ve been having popups constantly about the scvhost.exe being detected as malware, and it’s been bugging me and disrupting me whenever I’m studying. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Are you sure it is svchost.exe that is being detected as malware ?
This has been used/misused in the past to connect to malicious/suspect sites.

Not something I have come across so I googled it
This returns lots of hits for this old function and attack vector, but what is using misusing svchost.exe it is going the problem.
Based on other forums I have read, they were asked to connect to other wifi network, and the issue stoped; same thing happened to mine. What could have been the issue to that other wifi connection?
I honestly don’t know as there isn’t much to work with.
