Information on svrecam :

Part of Malware group - BACKDOOR AWQ

http://spywarefiles.prevx.com/RRDGCJ44932644/SVRECAM.EXE.html

Information on vstarcm.exe :

Part of Malware group - Ecu
Malware Form: EXPLOIT

http://spywarefiles.prevx.com/RRGDEF44932646/VSTARCM.EXE.html

I would suggest using malwaewbytes anti-malware to remove this but please wait for a second opinion.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php (you can use MBAM for free)

You should also update your XP to SP3 after this malware is removed.

I would disable system restore first. Then tick these then tick fix checked

Close browsers

O4 - HKLM..\Run: [NeroFilterCheck] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib\NeroCheck.exe

O4 - HKLM..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] “C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_07\bin\jusched.exe”

O4 - HKLM..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe”

Delete this file AFTER, if its still there

O4 - HKLM..\Run: [18efc0d5] rundll32.exe “C:\WINDOWS\system32\qfnqhaam.dll”,b

O4 - HKLM..\Run: [QuickTime Task] “C:\Program Files\MpcStar\Codecs\QuickTime\QTTask.exe” -atboottime

If you dont use Nero Home this can be ticked

O4 - HKCU..\Run: [BgMonitor_{79662E04-7C6C-4d9f-84C7-88D8A56B10AA}] “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib\NMBgMonitor.exe”

Uninstall all versions of Java, yours is out of date. Its been updated recently

If Google toolbar uses indexing, I would disable it

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\WINDOWS\system32__c00EFE0.dat

O23 - Service: BITISU - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Windows NT\wuailcv.exe (file missing)

O23 - Service: Windows Networks - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\NetMeeting\inetsock.exe (file missing)

Then get www.malwarebytes.org

And www.simplysup.com Trojan remover

Install and update both then scan, then select all options under utilities in trojan remover
