I installed iOS App and macOS apps, created an account, but didn’t get any backup activation email.
So now I can’t activate it because both apps require some activation via email message. (macOS app sais that the subject should be “Your backup identity”)
What should I do?

I can see that you first synchronized your iPhone in February using the email address that you have registered on the forum with. This means that you should not receive a “Your backup identity” email" when you try to sync the devices now. Instead, please follow the steps to Synchronize subsequent devices on our support website, and you should then receive an email with the subject “A new device wants to sync with your Avast Passwords” containing a six digit code to enter on the device you are trying to sync. Please double-check that this email not being directed to your spam/junk folder.
