Tablet reported as lost/stolen on boot - unable to resolve

I have recently purchased a Fujitsu tablet and installed Anti-Theft on it. The tablet currently has no SIM so it works over wifi only. Despite having sent it a FOUND message which displays correctly in the web monitoring page (and the tablet showing as secured and found) the lost/stolen message and siren keeps appearing on bootup. I can enter my PIN successfully to clear the message and access the tablet but I would like to remove the incorrect lost/stolen message.

Could someone advise what to do next? I can’t find anything meaningful in the user guide about this.

I think uninstalling and installing the last version will solve this.
You can also try, first, reseting the SIM card list (avast > anti-theft > settings (top right corner dots) > clean SIM list).

Thanks for your help - wasn’t able to clear the SIM card list (as it displayed an error “No SIM card is present”), but reinstalling has solved it.
