I had a problem with my account and made a ticket, but it’s been almost 1 month since I made it, and I still haven’t gotten an answer from them. Does it usually take this long for Avast to answer a ticket?
Normally not, but there has a huge delay in handling tickets since several months.
A huge delay? Ughh… okay… Um do you happen to have an estimate time I have to wait?
Currently +/- 15 business days is not a exception.

What is the problem with your account ?
If it isn’t of a confidential nature then you may well be best to ask what can be done or at least give an idea of what to do.
