Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security

Hi all,
I’m using the free edition of Avast build 18.5.393.0 and several times today I have been getting a popup message telling me that Avast has
quarantined “task.exe” I’ve run scans with Avast, Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware but nothing shows up. Is it something to worry about?
