TDSSkiller Suspicious file [FINE]

I ran a quick little scan with TDSSkiller today and it found a suspicious file. Should I re-run the scan and get rid of it? Found nothing on google about it just on the Locked File.

[EDIT] Added a picture of the finished scan.

Probably leght. Could you attach full TDSSK log?
I don’t have enough information to tell you that this item really is leght.

Err how do I attach the full log? Just copy and Paste or do I make a text file?

[Update] Restarted the computer to do a full scan and now we have an actual name. Posting logs and image.

Cant post full log because it’s over 10000 characters.

Finally managed to get it to upload. I looked up the file in question and there isn’t much about it. It’s a hidden file that is also a Driver for something.

[Edit] I’m somewhat dumb thought I had to copy and paste the whole thing. Found out it saves the logs in the root directory.

Detected files is Comodo related. TDSSKiller could’t access and read the file and therefore it is marked as suspicious file.

Run this tool too …attach here logs:

Download DDS and save it to your Desktop from here:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

Double click dds to run the tool.

* When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. DDS.txt and Attach.txt attach back to topic.

It’s fine then. The thing it found was Comodo Cleaning Essentials it has drivers for detecting rootkits as well. Thanks for the help magna.

Ok-et. Glad I could help …
