When selecting items to clean I select both hidden and visible cache but after selecting basic clean it is only cleaning the visible cache. Has something changed in the app. because it use to clean both. I have tried several times but each time it unselects the hidden and only cleans visible.
The app was recently updated. Ever since, I have had a similar issue. I have the free version that requires me to view an ad/video before it runs. But the video won’t run, and the app only removes those 5 or so areas of a Basic clean. Did the update cause this? I have tried restarting and powering off both my tablet and phone. No luck.
Seeing the problems mentioned here with uninstalling, I haven’t tried uninstall and reinstall
I’ve been having the same issue for a few weeks with the paid version. Used to bash through the hidden caches really effectively, now it just doesn’t. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, also free restarting my device but nothing doing. Wasn’t aware of a recent ‘update’!
Contacted help and support a few times. No replies.
Anybody got any ideas what’s occurring?
