Telephone number format on contact form

Hi all.

I want to contact support, but my telephone number creates the message “invalid format”. Anyone know what format is expected? I can’t submit the form without it! Tried everything that I know.

I´ ve been having the same problem. Tried different configs… Nothing happened. I´m fuming bc I really need to get my pm solved.

Hi there, so after almost 8 months, the problem is still there. Surely there is someone out there who successfully submitted a request. I tried with +4178xxxxxxx, 004178xxxxxxx, 078 xxx xxx, and all variations with spaces, nothing is “valid”
