The file could not be sent......

Some times, after a command “record audio” the phone starts to record but before it been sent, the phone lost the connection.

I would like to know if the file could be recovered from the phone.

I think, for example, the file was recorded by Avast but could not be sent, for any reason.
My question is if the audio file is into the phone.
