The GrimeFighter not recognize my license

The GrimeFighter not recognize my license the support team at avast is requested to solve it.

I’ve got the same problem. When grimefighter reboot my windows machine, it say “grimefighter try to validate your licence” but it fails. I enter my e-mail and password, it doesn’t accept my licence. But, I’ve a valid licence until 25.03.2017. Please solve my problem.
