I can not install the new update free 2013 Avast because it says there are no viruses in the original AccessDUMP Jacksonville Development Group Ver 1.0.24 of which I have the license and put in the trash accessdump.exe preventing me from working.
Is there any remedy ?
I receive communications from the server to update Avast continually Italian and I can not do it for the reason I explained above.
Have you tried an uninstall then a clean install?
Follow the directions http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
You will be prompted to reboot into safe mode…do so.
I ran your advice.
There is still the problem.
Well,
I put accessDUMP.exe file in the “Exclusions global” (“Eclusioni Globali”) with
C: \ Program | AccessDUMP \ *
and my file works now.
I hope this does not make the problems.
If you like(Avast) I have the possibility to sent you files
ACTION and DDL
