Can someone help me? Why can’t the program connect to the internet?

Avast firewall settings are appropriate.

So, does it work if you disable the Avast FW…?

Yes, It’s work if I disable Avast Firewall or I set default rule firewall “ALLOW”. Even though all configurations are all the same.
