The stub cannot run installer/updater executable

Hi there!
I have a Win10 pro 64bit with Avast free edition, after i uninstalled this version (using window uninstaller) for install internet security version, but i cannot install, if i try to install I get the error:" The stun cannot run installer/update executable ‘C:\Users.…\AppData\Local\Temp_av_iup.tm~a09268\instup.exe’ (code 0x10b)"

The same error with aswclear.exe in safe mode.

Any idea how to solve the problem?

Same error in my firts installation of Avast.
Windows 10 pro it has just been installed.

I have the same issue. New installation on a Windows 10 Pro machine. Has anyone found a fix for this? I see its been a problem for a long time.
