I just installed a new Thunderbird email client, connected to my gmail account. It uses IMAP with normal parameters. There is a problem, unless I turn off MailShield. When email is moved to a different folder (via another computer), the Thunderbird client successfully removes the email from the appropriate folder, but it does NOT get reloaded to the new folder. When I turn off MailShield everything works perfectly. How do I troubleshoot? I hate to leave MailShield off.
