Maybe what Dinik is after is the ability to subscribe in the Play Store, App Store using Store Credit, Android Pay, Apple Pay and make that license valid for multiple devices including PC,Mac?

Yes. It is close to but not exactly. I mean that I can pay the pc avast antivirus for windows using the playstore facility, as you can pay for the avast antivirus of android version. Sure, the price must be different. Thank you.
