Too many emails trying to sell VPN when I already have it

I have VPN so why do I keep getting emails trying to sell me VPN?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Who are these emails from ?

Avast’s Email Shield doesn’t scan for adverts/promotions, etc. only malicious content.
