Given that the image cuts short the full location and its Adware not specifically malware. I would suggest uploading the utweb.exe file to VirusTotal and see what else is found there.
Given what I found on a seach of the executable file.
This is the official executable file for µTorrent Web, a web-based version of the popular torrent client [uTorrent Web]. While the core file itself is not a malicious virus, it is frequently flagged by antivirus programs as a Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA) or adware due to its bundled software and aggressive background processes
So it is possible it is a false positive detection.
I would suggest uploading the utweb.exe file to VirusTotal and see what else is found there.
Post a link to the results or the number of hits X out of 92 scanners.
Whilst that is a reasonable number in the Virus Total scan, there are many uncertainties, in the name/type given Pup(Potentially Unwanted Program), Gen(eric), Riskware, etc.
Given your last screenshot, uTorrent(dot)com you downloaded this from a legit site (?).
If so that also would also negate some of these VirusTotal detections, if you downloaded it and were using it for the purposes it was designed.
Yes some antivirus/malware programs may find that suspicious.
So given 12 reported something but many different categories, isn’t cast iron. I’m also not sure of the number of scanning engines ordinarilly VT has 92.
If you wish you can send a sample to Avast for Analysis.

- New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL)
- Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast - You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false negative it should be added to the virus database.
