Hi

The recyler is ususally something that is in another user account’s recycle bin, or something that has been emptied from the recycle bin abd windows is remembering it.

Empty the recyle bin in each and every user account on the computer.

The second detection is a system restore point.

I suggest Turning system restore off on all drives, reboot your computer. This will clean all restore points.

Download and run this program

CleanUp

When first run it is a demo mode run so you can see what it is going to remove. When run the second time make sure it’s not the demo.

Then create a new resotre point.

You must be logged on to an administrator account
Go to Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools System Restore.
Click Create a restore point, and then click Next.
In the text box labeled Restore Point Description, type a name for this restore point

“I suggest Turning system restore off on all drives, reboot your computer. This will clean all restore points.”
sorry i’m useless at computers, Turning System restore? how would i turn it off on all drives?
i’ve cleaned out my bin’s though and i’m dling that program as i type.

thanks

Disable System Restore on Windows ME or Windows XP. System Restore cannot be disabled on Windows 9x and it’s not available in Windows 2k. After boot you can enable System Restore again after that.

wow that was really easy, sorry.
TYVM though for your help

No need to be sorry. Only asking you will learn.
