TornTV malware

hello everyone, i canont get rid of TornTV malware, i cancelled and uninstalled as well as cleaned the registry already three times but it keeps coming back. i cannot find any other file associated with torntv. Avast doesnt detect it, SpyBot, Defender, Microsoft security neither.
my machine is a Dell Studio Laptop running Win7 Ultimate

have you turned on PUP detection?
SpyBot, Defender, Microsoft security neither.
remove and replace with Malwarebytes....
