Hello, I don’t know about anyone else, but everytime I leave I logout
ofcourse, but when ever I come back and login, it could be months,
but up at the top where it ells you how long you have been logged in
is WAY off.
I have been logged in for about 20 minutes, and it says.
Total time logged in: 5 hours and 28 minutes.
So is this how long I have been logged in “in total” for the amount
of time I have been registered ?
OR is this suppose to be the amount logged in for this session ?
its the time you are logged in in the forum (the whole time you read and write on the forum)
if you are constantly logged in (with cookies) only the time you are really online is counted…
so you have to have the “forum.avast.com”-page opened in your browser and to be logged in that the time keeps on counting (and i think you have to do something on that page, because if you don’t refresh the page/read some topics/write something - then for the server it seems as if you aren’t online any more…)
Hi there David.
Well my time was off, but, not only have I been logged in for just a few
minutes, logged out deleted cookies and temp files, logged back in it does
show the correct time in the upper right, but the area I am talking about on
the left shows, Total time logged in: 5 hours and 40 minutes, which would be
about the amount of time logged in today added to the time of yesterdays
post. So I guess that it must be the TOTAL amount of time you have EVER
been logged in, unless something else needs to be done.
how many hours does yours say ?
OH my time was -7 hours off. not 5 so that math didnt work Lol.
That time isn’t a real time function:
a) You won’t get back to the time where the time offset was incorrect
b) I think that the time logged-in still believes you are logged in to avast (unless you log out) for about 15 minutes. I don’t know the actual delay but it isn’t a real time recording.
c) It is a cumulative total, not a session total. Mine isn’t measured in hours, but days ;D, just click my user name.
