I paid over $82 for one year and when I click to clean it keeps asking me to pay more this is very frustrating. I will not renew. Thank God I only paid for one year. Totally disappointed

If you don’t wish to continue using Avast Premium you would have to uninstall Avast Premium. I presume you didn’t create a payment mandate to pay for further extensions.
I guess they are on about avast cleanup premium which is not included in er, premium package.
brand new win 11 pc with no bloatware and first thing loaded was avast. cleanup scan said you have 8.2gb of junk files but then asks to sign upto premium cleanup. i use wisecare 365 free version and that showed no junk files what so ever.
Totaly understand the many complaints about this. but one word of warning, as you have paid for a year it will be set up to auto renew subscription next year even if you remove and forget about avast. make sure you have unticked auto renew.
