transaction interrupted; want refund!

hi all,
I’m avast free antivirus user from Gwalior,MP, India. I had some problem in my pc so i thought to buy the avast antivirus. but when i tried paying for the product for a One year subscription. my internet got interrupted and so my transaction. Although my bank account show the deduction of the amount of INR999. Also i didn’t get the subscription.
the transaction happened on 23/10/19 11:28PM.(Indian Standard Time)
can somebody please show me to how to approach avast and ask for a refund as i didn’t have subscription or any other details except for the transaction id.

the problem is my transaction was interrupted in midway so my account is showing i have not purchased any subscription. but my money was deducted from my bank account
