No need to be rude. We were on a shared network before I bought the VPN, then opted to get our own private network after I had purchased. I tried searching on the forum, but so many “answers” came up that, on initial read through, didn’t answer my simple question. And Avast does not seem to have the option to email the question directly to them, which leaves one to have to rely on the folks on the forum. Won’t bother taking this route again.
