I installed and used the 60day trial of PremiumAvast and then had to search for obscured tools in account management to cancel before the renewal. I would have preferred to carryon to experience the standard FreeAvast but could find no tool in Premium to downgrade. I left an “other” message in the cancel survey that I expect to have to uninstall Premium and fresh install FreeAvast and it is a poor business model to not expedite transition from Premium to Free and vice versa.
Although I endured every interruption and sales pitch in my path to cancel Premium,did I somehow miss a convenient invitation to carryon with Free Avast?
Avast needs to know that a decision to pay and use Premium services will not be won by greater obstacles in converting. So it is onward to installing Free (and experience the sales offers that interfere with evaluation of that level of tools)
if neither of the 2 methods works, uninstall avast premium then install avast free.
