TrayLauncher.exe (v1.10 by Alex Kaufman) I’ve been using this (portable) program for about three years and now suddenly Avast is saying it contains Win32: Evo-gen (Susp). I have repeatedly asked Avast to add to scan exclusion (I’ve also reported the false positive.) I’ve downloaded a new file with the same results. Scanning the file within the Avast interface says no virus detected. Same when scanning from explorer right-click. What can I do to convince Avast that this is not an infected file? I hate to admit it, but I’ll stop using Avast before I give up this program
Avast is saying it contains Win32: Evo-gen (Susp).no ..it does not contain anything .... it is detected as Suspicious
have you tested the file at www.virustotal.com ?
I've also reported the false positive.how did you report it?
