I keep on having this .apk automatically downloaded: beachgirls_gle_vn0328.apk and I want to know if there is a way to block future downloads from it. Avast scans it and labels it as a trojan.

try to uninstall it via Google Play app, it might be that it tries to download it automatically. If it isn’t there, it’s probably being downloaded by some other application you installed on your device.
