I received an avast! warning when attemping to access a website. Avast! recommended to “move to chest” (other options are move/rename or delete). When I click that I get a message stating “The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process”. I click the only option of “ok” and my “avast! warning” message comes back up. What do I do? Thanks for any help. (And if it matters here is information on the warning:it states that “a trojan horse was found”, Malware name - JS:Redirector-X[Trj], File name - C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Inter)
Clear your temporary internet files
If you have Internet Explorer 8
Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > click Delete button > click Delete.
I cleared temp. internet files. I do not know which action to take now since it will not let me “move to chest” as recommended. Thanks for the rely.
Try running quick scan with these two programs http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

Download, install, update and run.Copy/paste the log results
For issues that can’t be dealt with in normal windows boot (file in use, etc.) - If you have XP, vista32bit or Win2k, you could enable a boot time scan. Right click the avast icon, select Start avast! Antivirus, a memory scan will take place followed by the opening of the Simple User Interface, Menu, ‘Schedule boot-time scan…’ Or see http://www.digitalred.com/avast-boot-time.php.
